What payment types do you accept?
We accept most card types. Our payment process uses Paypal.
Can the packages I've ordered be sent to me as multiple Gift Vouchers?
Yes. Please state when adding your delivery and contact details during the checkout process.
Can I refund my voucher if I change my mind about a treatment?
You can not refund a voucher for cash. However, we are happy to change the treatment to another of an equivalent value for you. Please tell our receptionist when booking your appointment.
Can I redeem my Voucher at any time?
Your gift voucher can be redeemed at anytime as long as the expiry date printed on your voucher has not passed. To redeem your voucher you will need to call our salon and book an appointment at a suitable time for you.
